History

         Heavy metal music was founded in the 1960's by the United Kingdom and the USA.[1]  It is a form of loud agressive rock.  Some people might call it garage rock, blues rock, or psychedelic rock.  Punk rock and soft rock, or folk rock were derived from heavy metal.[2]  The instrumentsFile:Vocal fold falsett animated.gif that are used are electric and bass guitar, drums, sometimes pianos and keyboards, and vocals.  The vocals are usually raspy, growling, screaming, wailing, high in range, and falsetto voices.[3]  Some early examples of heavy metal songs are in 1963 "Louie, Louie" by Paul Revere and the Raiders, in 1964 "You really got me" by The Kinks, in 1965 "My generation" by The Who.  Jimi Hendrix and Jeff Beck are two examples of some heavy metal singers.  Some famous heavy metal groups and bands are, Iron Butterfly, Vanilla fudge, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and Black Sabbath.  However, in the 1980's changes were made in the heavy metal culture.[4]  There were many deaths including the lead singer of AC/DC, Bon Scott and famous drummer, John Bonham.  Today the heavy metal generation lives on.

 

 

Culture

The birth of heavy metal is important because it influenced cultures around the world.  Although it may only be a music genre, heavy metal formed a whole culture of people with political views, styles of dress, hair, and other life styles as we know them today.  This form of music influenced music genres that came after, and it will conitinue to influence new music genres in the future.  It also influenced other countries around the world like, USA, UK, Russia, and many others.[5]  All in all, heavy metal has influenced many cultures and lifstyles around the world.

i rally like led zepelling and black sabbath, i rally like this music genere...

I think it's OK to promote the acceptance of heavy metal as a culture, because as you said, in many parts of the world's influence has exparcido heavy metal, but is not accepted, nor highly regarded this culture as a lifestyle due to the heavy world who decide lleba heavy metal fans!
