In the summer of 1988 hypodermics stared to show up along the jersey shore line. Also there were beer cans, Styrofoam, sullied tampons, and blood stained bandages. This incident was considered a lapse of government responsibility. police officers searched for months before finding the culprit. The Gulf stream pushed it out north where it would sink (relatively) harmless to the ocean floor. Some freak change in the current patterns in 1988 brought a potion of the city's garbage drifted back to its own backyard.
In 1988 drug abuse increased, especially herion who became widely used. This also created hygienic problems, because poor people often used the same needle and so they were affected with diseases, an example aids. As a result of all this heroin being used the needles were carelessly tossed into the ocean and traveled to the Jersey Shore. Also there were thousands of vials filled with blood and most of them tested positive for hepatitis-B and also some of them tested positive for HIV or aids.

Well, jack if you actually read my article, hypodermics are needles they don't do anything unless there are drugs in it. For instance, heroin, I said that in my article.
